Terry Clodfelter has lived in Central Texas with his wife and two children for more than twenty years. An active volunteer in both his children’s schools and community organizations, Terry has developed deep roots in the Central Texas area. His years with Stripling Blake and Calcasieu Lumber and his ownership in a local lumber company have given him years of experience on the Austin homebuilding industry. Along with his attention to detail and design and construction, Terry is knowledgeable about current Texas building trends and maintains a pulse with Central Texas homebuyers wants and needs.
