Terry Clodfelter has lived in Central Texas with his wife and two children for more than twenty years. An active volunteer in both his children’s schools and community organizations, Terry has developed deep roots in the Central Texas area. His years with Stripling Blake and Calcasieu Lumber and his ownership in a local lumber company have given him decades of experience in the Austin home building industry. Along with his attention to detail with design and construction, Terry is knowledgeable about current Texas building trends and maintains a pulse with Central Texas home buyers wants and needs. These assets combined have given him the foundation to be a superior home builder. However, his honesty and integrity are what truly set him apart from others in the industry.

Originally from California, John Weaver and his wife Gretchen moved to the Austin area in the early 1970s. His early years were spent driving nails as a framer and painting dry walls. By the time he was thirty, he owned his own custom-home building business and has since built hundreds of custom homes throughout Austin, Lake Travis and the greater Hill Country. As many of the old-school Austinites who know John will tell you, Weaver is among the very best of the best when it comes to high-end custom home building. His honest and charismatic personality has garnered much love and respect from his employees and clients alike. With over forty years of custom home building experience, John is "the go-to-guy" for some of the most influential and powerful people in the Austin-area. His portfolio includes Patrón de Paz and many other custom masterpieces in Dripping Springs, Lake Travis and beyond.
